Tracy Griffin

Tracy Griffin has a wide range of experience in the nonprofit sector. Tracy is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hearing Dogs For Deaf People. Prior to this, they served as a Board Trustee for Jeans for Genes UK and was the Chief Executive Officer of The Big Issue. Tracy also held the position of Executive Director Services, Fundraising and Marcomms at Scope, where they were responsible for leading change and managing revenue during a transition period. Tracy has also served as a Board Trustee for Action for Children and held leadership roles in fundraising and engagement at Shelter UK and the NSPCC. Tracy's early experience includes various roles at Save the Children UK, where they managed regional teams, led communication efforts, and implemented a new fundraising database.

Tracy Griffin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Southampton. Tracy also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on Modern Languages from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Political Economics from Leipzig University. Tracy has obtained several certifications, including Digital Skills from Accenture in 2019, a Ted Talk certification from Udemy in 2019, MBTI Step II certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2017, and an Effective Management certification from The Open University in 2012. Tracy also holds an Accountancy Diploma from The Open University in 2010 and a French Diploma Advanced from Leipzig University in 1991.
