Justin Magistrale

Justin Magistrale possesses extensive experience in digital media and event management within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Digital Media Agent at Hearst Digital Marketing Services and simultaneously working as the Admin to the Director of Food & Beverage at UBS Arena, Justin is responsible for payroll, scheduling, and operational oversight during events. Previous roles include server and floor organizer at Augusta National Golf Club, where Justin provided exemplary customer service and trained new employees, as well as an Athletic Development Intern at the University of South Carolina, where responsibilities included managing donor accounts. With a solid educational background comprising a Master’s in Sports Business Communication and a Bachelor’s in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, Justin has honed skills in customer service, operations, and team leadership.
