André Bartachini Bogni Italo-Brazilian has extensive work experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance roles. André Bartachini Bogni is currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Heart Aerospace since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Embraer for several years in various positions. From November 2018 to March 2022, they held the role of Industrial Director - Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Infrastructure. André Bartachini Bogni led a team of over 60 people and was responsible for ensuring that products were manufactured according to design requirements. André Bartachini Bogni also implemented the SQDC methodology (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and managed structuring projects to achieve set goals.

Before their role as Industrial Director, André served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Composites Structures from May 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they led a team of 13 people and focused on assuring products were manufactured according to design requirements. André Bartachini Bogni also deployed goals using the SQDC methodology and implemented value stream mapping to identify critical paths and reduce costs, cycle time, inventories, non-quality, and waste through Kaizen Weeks.

Prior to this, André held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Subcontracting and Interiors & Structures from August 2015 to May 2017. André Bartachini Bogni led a team of 33 people and worked on strengthening the supply chain by implementing the Aeronautical Chain Development Program and promoting industrial automation and industry 4.0 concepts.

André has also worked as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Machining, Surface Treatment, and Painting from June 2013 to July 2015. In this role, they led a team of over 40 people and ensured products were manufactured according to design requirements. André Bartachini Bogni also identified critical paths and implemented projects to reduce costs, cycle time, inventories, non-quality, and waste. André Bartachini Bogni focused on implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

In addition to their manufacturing engineering roles, André has experience as a Maintenance and Facilities Manager from February 2009 to May 2013 and as a Maintenance Engineer from February 2005 to January 2009, both at Embraer.

André started their career as an Equipment Maintenance Technician at Embraer in March 2001, where they worked until December 2004. Prior to that, they worked as an Equipment Maintenance Technician at BASF from August 1998 to February 2001 and as a Maintenance Worker at Rhodia AG from January 1995 to July 1998.

In 1998-2004, André attended Etep - Centro Universitário and obtained a degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering.

From 2008-2009, André pursued a postgraduate program in Educational Leadership and Administration at EMBRAER S.A.

In 2010-2011, André enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Business Management.
