Thomas Attlan has a comprehensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Thomas is currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Heart Aerospace since January 2023. Previously, they worked at Safran as a Transversal Project Manager and Black Belt from July 2021 to January 2023. Thomas also held the position of BU Quality Management System Manager at Safran from December 2018 to July 2021. Prior to Safran, they worked as a Quality System Manager at Zodiac Aerospace from April 2017 to November 2018. Thomas also gained experience as an Airworthiness & Quality Manager at ISEI (Safran Electronic and Defense) from January 2012 to March 2017. Before that, they worked as Chargé Qualité et Projet (Intégration & Méthodes) at CWI from November 2009 to December 2011, and as a Quality Technician at Bonnans Service Inter Industries from October 2008 to October 2009. Their career began as an intern at protec lea in 2006. Thomas has a strong background in quality management systems, organization approvals, internal audits, and team leadership.

Thomas Attlan has a diverse education history. Thomas obtained a Bachelor's degree (licence) in Biology biochemistry from Aix-Marseille University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Quality Assurance (Bac +5) at Université des Sciences St Jérôme from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Quality Management. Thomas also completed an AUDIT IRCA program in Quality Assurance System from Aix-Marseille University in 2008.

In terms of certifications, Thomas has obtained various qualifications. Some of these include PSIP Safran from Safran in September 2020, Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in August 2020, and Green Belt Lean Sigma Safran from Safran in November 2019. Thomas also received IRCA Lead auditor ISO 9001 certification from CSP FORMATION in September 2008 and AQAP 2110 version D certification from Safran in February 2019.
