Jennifer Bryman

Jennifer Bryman is the Founder & Co-CEO at Heart Creative, a role they have held since July 2010. Jennifer is a marketing and sales executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to their current role, Ms. Bryman served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Capital One from July 2005 to July 2010. In this role, they managed a team of 20 marketing and sales professionals across North America and Asia responsible for a network of 8 suppliers and approximately 2000 phone and chat agents. Utilizing multiple marketing and sales channels including Inbound, Outbound, Voice Response Unit, Email, and Web Chat, their team exceeded their goals of $400 million in revenue, 1 million new accounts, and $4 billion of balances within an annual budget of $32 million. Additionally, Ms. Bryman enhanced the card activation strategy and customer experience for the company's affluent customer base which yielded $20 million in incremental spend and an 11% increase in customer satisfaction.

Prior to their role at Capital One, Ms. Bryman served as the Board Treasurer for the Portland Culinary Alliance from September 2011 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the financial oversight of the organization. Additionally, they served as the Board Vice Chair for Upstream Public Health from May 2010 to January 2014 where they oversaw the organization's marketing and communications strategy.

Ms. Bryman began their career as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant for Independent Consultants in June 2004 before taking on their role at Capital One in August 1998 as Director of Marketing. Jennifer has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Jennifer Bryman's educational career began with their attending the Robert Reynolds Chef Studio in order to receive training as a culinary professional. After they completed their training, they went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and advertising from the University of Akron.
