Rafael Ruiz

Rafael Ruiz is an experienced project manager currently working at Heart of America since April 2022, with previous roles including Online Support Specialist at The Home Depot and Online Marketing Specialist at Ringmasters Jewelry and Gifts. Rafael has a diverse background in operations management, budget management, volunteer and staff recruitment, social media marketing, event planning, and public outreach. Prior to these positions, Rafael coordinated events and community outreach at Saddleback Church and served as an in-house auditor and biometric systems administrator in temporary roles at ROCKET TRAINING LIMITED and Learning Alliance. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Graphic Design from Universidad de Puerto Rico and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Instituto Tecnologico de Puerto Rico-Recinto de San Juan.
