Kim Carroll

Kim Carroll has a diverse background in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Kim is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Heart to Heart International since January 2019, where they previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer from February 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, they ran their own consultancy firm, Kimberly Carroll Consulting, from January 2014 to January 2018, providing strategic planning and execution support for the pharmaceutical industry and offering advice to non-profit organizations in the healthcare sector. Kim has also held various Vice President positions at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, EUSA Pharma, and The Medicines Company, with a focus on sales, marketing, and general management in oncology and thrombosis.
