Phil Smoller

Enterprise Account Executive at Heartex

Phil Smoller has a diverse work experience, starting as a recruiter at Insight Global in 2009. Phil then worked as an Account Manager at Boston Engineering, where they grew training revenue and successfully closed large engineering consulting engagements. In 2012, Phil became a Business Development Manager at Mindteck, selling product development and engineering consulting services in the New England region. Phil achieved significant success in prospecting and closing deals with multi-billion dollar medical device companies.

Following this, Phil joined PTC in 2013, first as a Desktop Services Sales Rep, and later as a Territory Lead. Phil drove strategic training, software, and consulting campaigns with major commercial accounts in the Western US. Phil then moved to iGrafx in 2016 as an Account Executive, specializing in new business acquisition in the BPM and process improvement industry. Phil consistently met or exceeded revenue targets and played a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives across various sectors.

From 2019 to 2020, Phil worked as an Account Executive at MongoDB, and then joined Labelbox from 2020 to 2022 in the same role. In both positions, they focused on account management and sales activities. Lastly, Phil is currently an Enterprise Account Executive at Heartex and will be transitioning to the same role at Makersite in 2023.

From 2004 to 2008, Phil Smoller attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Their field of study was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
