Samuel Gerber

Samuel Gerber is a Senior Research Scientist at HeartFlow, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Samuel served as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Kitware Inc. from February 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading research projects and writing grant applications for various NIH funding opportunities. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at the University of Oregon from January 2015 to January 2017, focusing on data analysis methodology and providing support to faculty and students. Samuel holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Utah, earned between 2006 and 2012, and was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Duke University from 2012 to 2015.
