Brooks Kirchheimer

Brooks Kirchheimer is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and hotel management. As co-founder and co-owner of Leave Room for Dessert Eateries since March 2021 and Hearth and Hill since April 2018, Brooks has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Prior roles include assistant general manager and manager at Merriman's Hawaii, as well as general manager at Sundance Resort. Brooks also held managerial positions at Montage Deer Valley and Montage Hotels & Resorts. Brooks Kirchheimer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver in 2008.
