MIkkel Louekari Randsborg

Mikkel Louekari Randsborg currently serves as the Head of Transactions and Senior Legal Counsel at Heartcore Capital, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Randsborg worked as Group Legal Counsel for GN Group from May 2021 to June 2022, specializing in capital markets and M&A. Additional experience includes a venture pilot position at MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS and a long tenure at Mazanti-Andersen Korsø Jensen, where roles included Attorney-at-law and Assistant Attorney. Randsborg has also held a secondment as Group Legal Counsel at Nordic Bioscience A/S.
