Ken Eichelberger

Ken Eichelberger is an experienced operations and logistics professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions since 2016, Eichelberger oversees two production lines, enhancing safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager and Logistics Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions, where Eichelberger focused on implementing lean strategies and managing procurement, inventory, and food safety. From 2001 to 2016, Eichelberger held the position of Assistant Distribution Center Manager at Spectrum America Supply Chain Group, successfully managing a large retail distribution center and improving operations through training and process optimization. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Manager at Shopko Stores Inc. and Operations Manager at Air Van Moving. Eichelberger holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Boise State University.
