Ken Eichelberger is an experienced operations and logistics professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions since 2016, Eichelberger oversees two production lines, enhancing safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager and Logistics Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions, where Eichelberger focused on implementing lean strategies and managing procurement, inventory, and food safety.
