Julie Henne

Julie Henne is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Heartland Automotive LLC since May 2023, Julie previously held the role of Human Resource Director at Chargeurs from December 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Julie worked as Human Resources Manager at Auto-Valve, Inc. and American Trim, as well as in similar roles at Advanced Composites and Caterpillar Inc. Julie's extensive experience includes ensuring adherence to corporate policies, implementing new procedures, and overseeing HR operations. Julie holds two Associate's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
