Jake Panzer

Jake Panzer has extensive experience in engineering and technology roles, currently serving as the Engineering Services Manager – Collaboration West at Heartland Business Systems since October 2016. Prior positions at Heartland include Senior Collaboration Engineer, Consulting Engineer, and UC Support Engineer. Jake also worked as a Network Engineer at RMM Solutions and gained valuable experience as an Information Technology - Management Teachers Assistant while studying at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additionally, Jake completed an IT Operations Internship at Nsight/Cellcom and a Quality Assurance Internship at Renaissance Learning. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained in 2015.
