Ryan Sherman

Ryan Sherman is an experienced sales professional with a background in technology solutions and service contract management. Currently serving as the Inside Sales Representative Team Lead at Heartland Business Systems since March 2017, Ryan previously held roles at Paragon Development Systems from May 2004 to November 2016, including Cisco SMARTnet Specialist and Engagement Manager. In these positions, Ryan managed service contract practices for major technology brands, implemented IT solutions for diverse clients, and led cross-functional teams through various project phases. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Carroll University, obtained in 2004.
