Leah R. has extensive work experience in various roles in the IT industry. Leah started their career at Wells Fargo as a Helpdesk employee from July 2008 to September 2010. Leah then worked at Firehouse Software as a Software Support specialist from February 2011 to August 2011. Leah joined Heartland Co-op in August 2011, where they held multiple roles. Leah initially worked as a Help Desk Team Lead, overseeing Help Desk personnel and procedures, managing network hardware and software, and collaborating with corporate vendors.
