Rick Pearce

Rick Pearce (Ph.D. Educational Administration, Illinois State University), is responsible for Heartland's academic programs.

Dr. Pearce serves on the Next Step Partnership Council and the United Way Collective Impact Council. He is a member of the Organization of Chinese Americans and the NAACP.
