Philip Myer, PMP, MEP, is an experienced project and program manager currently serving as a Project Manager at Heartland Consulting, supporting the USDA – Continuity and Planning Division contract. Previous roles include Program Manager at Merit, Senior Program Manager at Tetra Tech overseeing emergency management in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and Vice President of Business Operations at Applied Training Solutions, LLC. Myer has also held positions with Leidos, IIF Data Solutions, CRA, Inc., and served as Fire Chief for Fauquier County Dept of Fire & Emergency Management for a decade. Myer holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire Sciences from Columbia Southern University and has completed additional training at Shepherd College and Virginia Tech.
