Jeffrey Heil

Jeffrey Heil MBA has extensive experience in law enforcement training and leadership roles within financial institutions. Currently serving as the Training Director and Project Manager for Dane County since February 1997, Jeffrey leads training, recruiting, and retention initiatives, overseeing the entire hiring process. In addition to this role, Jeffrey is a member of the Board of Directors at Heartland Credit Union since March 2022 and previously held the position of Chair of the Board for Dane County Credit Union from 2012 to March 2022, contributing to the management of a credit union servicing over 20,000 members. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Finance from Upper Iowa University and has completed a Graduate Certificate from the Southern Police Institute at the University of Louisville, as well as a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
