Josie Martinez

Josie Martinez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Josie began their career in 1999 as an Advertising Sales Manager at The Arizona Republic. During their time there, they pioneered a national recruiting model, implemented a skill-based approach to career development, and designed innovative compensation programs. In 2009, they left The Arizona Republic and joined Banner Health as the Senior Director of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Josie held this position until 2014. In 2017, they joined Heartland Dental as the Director of Doctor Recruitment and was later promoted to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition in 2020.
