Gretchen Gospodarek

Gretchen Gospodarek has extensive experience in talent development and training. Gretchen is currently the Director of Talent Development at Heartland Financial USA, Inc. Since joining in December 2017, they have been responsible for the development and implementation of training initiatives. Prior to this, Gretchen spent many years at TCF Bank and TCF National Bank in various roles. At TCF Bank, they served as the Vice President and Senior Manager of Corporate Training & Development. In this role, they led a team of training professionals and designed and implemented a leadership development program. At TCF National Bank, Gretchen was the Assistant Vice President of Training and Development. Gretchen collaborated with business leaders to identify training opportunities and led a team of training professionals.

Gretchen Gospodarek holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
