Harkey Jean

Harkey Jean has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. They started their career in 1994 at Dubuque Bank & Trust, serving as an Administrative Assistant to the CFO. In 1998, they were promoted to Vice President of Loan Servicing, a role they held until 2006. In 2006, Harkey joined Heartland Financial USA, Inc. as the VP of Loan Servicing. They then advanced to the position of Vice President of Finance in 2013 and continue to hold this role.

Harkey Jean received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Clarke College, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
