Lynae Thomas, CPA (Inactive), CERP has over 28 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. Lynae began their career at UMB Financial Corporation in 1991, where they served as Vice President of Internal Audit for 11 years. In 2002, they joined Bank of Blue Valley as the First Vice President of Internal Audit, a position they held for 17 years. In 2019, Lynae joined HTLF as the Business Risk Partner, Vice President. Lynae'sexpertise lies in risk management and internal audit.

Lynae Thomas, CPA (Inactive), CERP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained the Certified Enterprise Risk Professional certification from the American Bankers Association in 2022. Lynae also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Furthermore, they have a license as an Investment Advisor/Representative (Series 65) from the North American Securities Administrators Association and FINRA.
