Paul Kaminski

Paul Kaminski has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on change management, strategy, and operations. Paul most recently held the position of Vice President, Treasury Payment Services Governance Manager at HTLF. Prior to that, they served as a Change Management Leader at Western Alliance Bancorporation, where they established and managed a Change Management Program. Paul also worked as a Senior Principal at a management consulting firm, where they developed spreadsheet standards and provided recommendations for the Board of Directors.
