Colleen (Kirby) Riddle MA, MSW, CWCMS, CWLS is a seasoned professional in social work and child welfare, currently serving as a School Social Worker with the Polk County School Board since August 2022 and as an Independent Contractor for Child Welfare at Heartland for Children since August 2020. Previously, Colleen was a Reach Therapist at Pace Center for Girls, providing clinical services to at-risk girls, and held multiple leadership roles at FBCH | One More Child, including Senior Director of Foster Care for Central Florida.
