Samer Alhassan

Samer AlHassan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director at Heartland Human Care Services since September 2022. Previously, Samer held several key HR positions, including Human Resources Director at BIMTEC from February 2017 to June 2022 and Human Resources Consultant at Nuqul Group for a brief period in 2016. Samer's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Go for Oil and Gas, where responsibilities included enhancing employee relations and updating job descriptions, as well as working as an HR Organizational Development Generalist at MTN Syria. Samer began the HR career at the National Sugar Company and SIVECO International, contributing to both training and administration. Samer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Translation from Jami't Al-Ba'ath, achieved in 2006.
