Robert A. Swanson

Robert A. Swanson is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in management consulting and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for TGC Impact, Robert focuses on providing capital to women and minority-owned businesses in the New American South. As a HeartMath Certified Trainer, Robert aids individuals in achieving resilience and coherence amidst life's challenges. Previous roles include Interim CEO and Strategic Advisor at Intrinsic, LLC, and General Manager at Perficient following the acquisition of RAS & Associates, where Robert served as President & CEO for nearly a decade. Robert's earlier experience includes positions at Western Energy Alliance, Hitachi Consulting, BearingPoint, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Lockheed Martin. Robert holds an MBA in Marketing Strategy from Georgetown University and a BS in Finance & Real Estate from Colorado State University.
