Susan Brown

Susan Brown is an experienced leadership and career coach currently serving as a Client Partner, Consultant, and Coach at The Energy Project since August 2024. Brown operates a coaching practice titled Susan Brown Coaching since May 2018 and is also an Executive Coach and Consultant with EngagedLeadership. In addition, Brown contributes as a Board Member for Police2Peace. Previous roles include Head of West Coast Sales at The Energy Project, Vice President at Blessingwhite, and Managing Principal at Spherion. Brown holds an Associate of Arts degree from Ohlone College and various certifications in coaching, hypnotherapy, and healing arts, including certifications from the HeartMath Institute and the Association for Integrative Psychology.
