Sierra Abbott

Sierra Abbott, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Development at Hearts for Hearing, where responsibilities include overseeing fundraising initiatives and managing strategic donor partnerships. With extensive experience in development roles, Sierra has progressively advanced from positions such as Development Coordinator to Senior Development Manager, effectively securing funding and fostering donor relationships. Previous engagements include an internship at The Children's Center Rehabilitation Hospital, where Sierra contributed to funding generation and donor stewardship, as well as roles at Oklahoma Watch and Susan G. Komen Tulsa, focused on public relations and event support. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by international education at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
