Charles Brogsdale

Charles Brogsdale has over a decade of experience in youth residential support, currently serving as a Residential Counselor at Hearts & Homes for Youth since July 2013. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Case Monitor at CJCJ from January 2005 to June 2010. Educationally, Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs and an Associate of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs, both from the University of the District of Columbia, and completed a High School Diploma in Mathematics at Ballou High School.
