Crystal G. Hough

Crystal G. Hough has a comprehensive work experience spanning over many years. Most recently, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Heartspring, a leading provider of services and therapies for children with complex needs and developmental disabilities. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Engineering Controlling at Airbus Americas, Inc. from 2018 to 2023.

Before their time at Airbus Americas, Inc., Crystal worked at Airbus Operations GmbH as a Planning & Reporting Controller from 2017 to 2018. Crystal G. also held various positions at Airbus Group, including Senior Finance Analyst Specialist from 2013 to 2017 and Business Operations Analyst II from 2011 to 2013.

Crystal G. Hough obtained their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business from Hutchinson Community College in 2001-2000. Crystal G. then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Wichita State University from 2001 to 2004. Crystal furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Baker University from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they attended Controller Akademie from 2010 to 2014, specializing in Controlling.
