Dan Soliday

Dan Soliday, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the President/CEO of Heartspring since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Woodhaven starting from January 2021. From August 2010 to August 2020, Dan was the CEO of Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Strategic Applications International (SAI) from April 2009 to August 2010.

Dan Soliday earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Greek from MidAmerica Nazarene University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Dan later attended Nazarene Theological Seminary from 1989 to 1993, earning their Master of Divinity degree with a focus on Theology and Anthropology. In 1998 and 1999, they pursued a PhD in Socialwork at The University of Texas at Arlington. Lastly, from 2007 to 2009, Dan Soliday completed their MBA with a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
