Anja Oosthuizen

Anja Oosthuizen has been working in the industry since 2012. Anja started their career at Schnellecke Logistics as a Planner, where they were responsible for introducing new models into the plant, planning and managing the project to ensure everything was ready in time for the launch, and implementing lean principles to reduce the man power required. Anja then moved to DHL in 2014, taking on the role of Data Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing data, running KPI's, and reporting weekly on the performance to top management and the customer. In the same year, they also began working at DHL Supply Chain as a Planner. In 2018, they started working at KCW Capital as a Process and Procedure Specialist, where they established the process and procedure standards for each company and business, as well as setting up training material on Processes, Procedures and Policies. In 2021, they joined the hearX Group, where they currently serve as Regulatory Project Lead, Quality and Manufacturing Lead, and Manufacturing Lead.

Anja Oosthuizen attended Pretoria North High School from 2003 to 2008. Anja then went on to earn a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology between 2010 and 2012.
