Seline van der Wat

Seline van der Wat has a wealth of experience in the field of operations and project management. Seline began their career in 2006 as a full-time student at the University of Pretoria. In 2010, they joined Renewable Energy Holdings (Pty) Ltd as a Project Manager (BEng Industrial). In 2014, they became Managing Director and Creative Head at Es. In 2016, they took on the role of Business Analyst (Project Manager) at Impak. From 2017 to 2020, they served as Chief Operating Officer at hearX Group and also held the roles of General Manager and Lead Project Manager (Business Analyst). In 2020, they became Chief Operating Officer at Lexie Hearing.

Seline van der Wat attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial. In 2005, they attended the International School of South Africa and obtained Cambridge AS Levels. In 2020, Seline van der Wat completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and obtained the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme certification.
