Tanja Dittmar

Tanja Dittmar has worked in various roles since 2013. Tanja began their career as an Intern at Adcock Ingram, where they completed six weeks of vacation work in the Supply Chain department. Tanja then moved on to DHL, where they were an Intern and was exposed to the automotive industry and industrial engineering techniques. In 2015, they were a Lab Planner at Adcock Ingram. In 2016, they became an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Pretoria, where they were responsible for marking undergraduate test and examination papers, assessing projects and project presentations, and supervising final year students. Tanja also worked on their Honours and Masters degrees in Industrial Engineering during this time. In 2018, they were a Business Analyst at DPD Laser Express Logistics T/A Dawn Wing, where they developed, updated, and analysed financial and operational reports for top management. Since 2022, they have been a Business Analyst at both hearX Group and Lexie Hearing. At Lexie Hearing, they have been focused on providing premium hearing aids to consumers, supported by personalized and all-inclusive care delivered through Lexie Experts.

Tanja Dittmar attended Dainfern College from 2001 to 2010, obtaining their high school diploma. Tanja then attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 2011 to 2015, obtaining their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering. In 2016, they obtained their Engineering Honours in Industrial Engineering from the same university.
