Neil Thompson has extensive experience in IT support and problem resolution, currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at Microlise since November 2017. Prior to this role, Neil worked at Ivanti for over two decades in various positions, including Technical Lead for the IT Asset Management Support Group and Technical Lead for 3rd line support. Neil's career began at Novell, where they served as a Critical Problem Resolution Engineer from 1988 to 1997.
