Allison Flanders

Allison Flanders is an experienced HR professional with a diverse work history. Allison most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Heater Specialists. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at WeStreet Credit Union, where they managed payroll and benefit functions for 200 employees. Prior to this, they obtained a BAS degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, from 2009 to 2011. Allison completed their high school education at Bishop Kelley High School, earning a High School Diploma in 2007. In addition to their degrees, they also hold several certifications, including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2019, SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2018, and PHR from HRCI in 2014.
