Allison Banks

Allison Banks has extensive experience in human resources, consulting, and leadership roles. Allison is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Heath Ceramics, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People and Culture at Heath Ceramics from October 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining Heath Ceramics, Allison worked as a Transformational Coach at Nicolson Group from April 2018 to March 2020, helping individuals through the T12N Leadership Development program. Allison also founded and ran Allie's Perfect Pickles from May 2017 to January 2020, where they prioritized eco-sustainability and artisanal practices.

Allison has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Allison Banks Consulting from October 2017 to October 2019 and as the VP of People at Mozilla from March 2015 to April 2017. At Mozilla, they focused on transforming the HR function to become a strategic partner for the organization.

Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at GoPro from April 2012 to March 2015, where they played a key role in the company's transition from a privately held to a publicly traded company. Allison was responsible for organizational development, employee retention strategies, and global recruitment.

Allison's career in human resources began at Perforce Software, where they worked as the Director of Human Resources from November 1999 to April 2012. Allison provided strategic direction for the global HR function and collaborated with senior leadership on shaping HR strategy.

Early in their career, Allison worked as a Recruiter & Recruiting Coordinator at Citibank from 1996 to 1998 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Ingres from 1992 to 1994.
