Joe de Gennaro

Joe De Gennaro has extensive work experience in various leadership and finance roles. Joe is currently the President of Heathgate Resources, a position they have held since August 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of the same company from November 2019 to August 2022.

Prior to their role at Heathgate Resources, Joe De Gennaro worked at Hoshizaki Lancer Pty Ltd from 2005 to 2019. Joe held multiple roles at Hoshizaki Lancer, including the Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand from March 2017 to October 2019 and the Finance & Supply Chain Director for the ANZ region from November 2005 to February 2017. In these positions, they had direct leadership responsibilities, managed various business activities, and provided financial and operational oversight.

Before joining Hoshizaki Lancer, Joe De Gennaro worked at George Weston Foods as the State Finance Manager for South Australia and Northern Territory from April 2004 to October 2005. In this role, they focused on financial management, strategy development, and operational improvements.

Joe'searlier experience includes working at the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer for Slovakia from August 1999 to January 2004, and as the Chief Financial Officer for Belarus from July 1998 to July 1999. In these roles, they led financial operations, managed mergers, developed financial controls, and protected the balance sheet during challenging market conditions.

Joe De Gennaro obtained a diploma in the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2006. In 1987, they graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
