Neil Pritchard

Neil Pritchard has extensive experience in operations and strategic planning within the aviation sector, currently serving as the Head of Operations Planning, Performance & Transformation at Heathrow since May 2006. Previous roles at Heathrow include Head of Airside Transformation, Head of Airside Strategic Planning and Development, and Airside Operations Manager, among others. Prior to Heathrow, Neil Pritchard worked as the National Implementation Manager at Somerfield from May 2003 to May 2006. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (2020-2023) and a CIPD in Human Resources from Lord Ashcroft International Business School (1998-2000).
