Bernard Rogers

Bernard Rogers has extensive experience in human resources management. Bernard began their career in 1984 at Aventis as a Senior Human Resource Manager, where they handled various HR activities and provided consultation to management during times of change. In 2001, they joined H&R Block as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing a team responsible for managing seasonal associates and conducting training programs. Finally, in 2007, Bernard joined Heatron as the VP Human Resources, where they developed and executed HR strategies, including talent management, performance management, and associate relations.

Bernard Rogers attended Western Illinois University from 1971 to 1975, where they pursued a degree in Business with a specialization in Economics.
