Elijah Distefano

Elijah DiStefano is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in restaurant operations. Currently serving as Chef at Purple Cafe & Wine Bar, Elijah has been a part of Heavy Restaurant Group since September 2012, holding positions as Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine. Elijah earned an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institute, completing studies from 2008 to 2011.
