Elsa Moghabghab

Elsa Moghabghab, MBA, currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Manager at HEC Paris since August 2021, where responsibilities include driving business development in the GCC and managing strategic partnerships to ensure client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Elsa worked as Programs Manager and Advisor at Mexeen Executive Education, focusing on leadership development programs for organizations in the Middle East. Elsa's experience as a Program Designer at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business at AUB involved managing executive education programs and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Additionally, Elsa contributed to the UN Global Compact as a National Network Coordinator, promoting sustainable business practices, and held positions at Mynditude and the American University of Beirut as a Learning and Development Executive and Program Coordinator respectively. Elsa earned an MBA and a B.Sc. in Biology from the American University of Beirut.
