Joseph Raia

Joseph Raia is a Senior Architect and Associate Principal at HED. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the field of architecture and has worked on a variety of project types including academic, infrastructure, civic, performance arts, science/research, and recreational projects. Joseph is a skilled team leader and has a successful track record of designing award-winning buildings. In addition to their architectural expertise, they also have experience in business development and project financial management.

Joseph Raia studied at the Westford Academy before completing their Bachelor of Architecture at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Joseph then went on to complete their Masters of Science in Architectural Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Joseph is certified by the State of Massachusetts, State of Texas, Virginia Office of the State Inspector General, State of Georgia, State of Maryland, and State of Arizona as an architect.
