Rebecca Swanner

Rebecca Swanner is an accomplished architect currently serving as Associate Principal and Market Sector Leader at HED since December 2022, with a focus on the Tenant Amenity and Building Repositioning practice. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate Architect role at HOK from 2021 to December 2022, and various positions at HLW from March 2015 to August 2021, where Rebecca advanced from Licensed Architect to Senior Associate/Architect. Rebecca also contributed to Wolcott Architecture Interiors as a Licensed Architect and Designer from 2011 to March 2015. As a Founding Partner of Neon Design Collaborative from September 2009 to September 2011, Rebecca played a key role in establishing the firm. Additional experience includes design work at Bestor Architecture and an internship at Gensler. Rebecca began a career in architecture with an internship in the United States Senate and earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech in 2009.
