Cecilia Molander

Cecilia Molander is currently working as an HR-chef at Heda Security AB since January 2023. Before joining Heda Security AB, Cecilia worked as a Verksamhetsutvecklare and Rådgivare at TRR from April 2019 to January 2023. Prior to that, Cecilia held the position of HR-chef/ HR Manager at Orio AB from January 2017 to March 2019. With a background as an HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric from August 2011 to December 2016 and as a Konsultchef at Manpower Sverige from August 2001 to August 2011. Cecilia holds a degree in Personalvetare and Socialpsykologi from Linnaeus University. Additionally, Cecilia has undertaken further education at Linköping University and the University of Gävle.
