Janesa Charles CPA, MM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and management. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Hedgehog Technologies since September 2017, Janesa contributes to project accounting, cashflow forecasting, budget management, human resource oversight, payroll processing, and financial reporting, while also participating in strategic planning. Prior roles include Senior Accounting Assistant & Purchaser at Creative Homescapes Inc., where responsibilities involved payroll processing for over 100 employees and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additional experience includes Accounting Manager positions at HocGol Management Services, overseeing financial statements and audits, and a Master of Management in International Accounting & Finance from the University of Windsor. Janesa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Management from the University of the West Indies Cavehill Campus and has been recognized as a Chartered Professional Accountant by CPA Canada since 2018.
