Dr. Earl L. Vargas Alvarez

Dr. Earl L. Vargas Alvarez is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and public administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP since 2022, Dr. Vargas Alvarez previously held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Assistant at United Health Centers from 2018 to 2022.
