Andreas Nyenvik

Andreas Nyenvik is the current People Ops Lead at Hedvig. Prior to this, they were with Hedvig as (Acting) Chief People & Performance Officer from June 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they were with Telenor as HR Manager IT & Corporate Staff from June 2013 to June 2021. Andreas has also worked with MediaMarkt Sverige as Head of HR & Administration from February 2006 to February 2013. At MediaMarkt, they were responsible for four direct reports, business planning, budget and expense responsibility, business control, coaching and supporting the MD and business managers in all HR-related issues, change management/organizational change, attract, recruit, onboarding, learning & development, offboarding, redundancies, labour law and union negotiations, acting as Local Compliance Officer and Local Security Officer, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), comp. & Ben. strategy and yearly salary reviews, internal communication, procurement, negotiations and contract settlements.

Andreas Nyenvik has a Fil. kand in Företagsekonomi from Stockholm University, a Kandidatexamen in Innovationsteknik/entreprenörskap from Mälardalen University, and a Certification from LinkedIn in Gary Hamel on Busting Bureaucracy.
