Maxwell L. Price, MBA, is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in managing K-12 school projects, notably for the Houston Independent School District (HISD) under various roles at CBRE l HEERY and Heery International. With a background in overseeing significant bond programs, including a $1.89 billion initiative for HISD, and a $260 million program for La Porte Independent School District, Maxwell demonstrates expertise in budget management, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution throughout the construction process. Previous roles at Rice University and The University of Texas System included managing multi-million dollar capital projects and ensuring adherence to safety standards and contractual obligations.
